We do not except returns or issue refunds unless we have made an error or if the merchandise arrived defective.

If the return falls into the above category, the follow is the process:

• We will issue you an RMA number

• Please take the proper care to package item for safe and secure shipment

• Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it

• At that time, we will ship the replacement item or issue the proper refund within 72 business hours
