Womens Wednesday Night Ride

Wednesday Night Women's Ride @5:30: Designed for beginners and/or those who are interested in learning how to ride in a group safely and with improved efficiency/comfort. This ride typically is 1 hour to 1 hr 15 min in length. We usually ride the first 45 min at a controlled pace with intermittent pace line practice at a controlled speed. The last 15 min are used to practice bike handling skills/drills which is key for safe group riding and/or racing."
