Leg workouts. Legs workouts are every Wednesday at 6:00 pm for an hour with exercises that cover all the hip flexors and extensors, knee flexors and extensors and ankle extensors. The goal is to increase overall leg strength working our way toward developing leg power. The focus will be on efforts lasing up to two minutes. Come with something comfortable to wear and workout in, maybe some light dumbbell weights if you have them. No charge in dollars but it will cost lots of calories.
