Core Workouts

Core workouts.  Every Monday starting at 6:00pm we do an hour of core exercises, which include all muscles from the hip flexors up to the pecs.  The goal is to increase core strength, concentrating on efforts lasing up to two minutes. Come with something comfortable to wear and workout in.  Yoga mat is optional,  No charge just hard work with fellow cyclists.
