We are planning a mostly every Tuesday night Fat Bike ride. It will always be posted before hand and will be an RSVP ride. We need two or more for sure. We are thinking the ride will usually be around 6:15PM at either Whitetail or Carver. It is dark at 6:15 and you will need lights. Standard are lights with battery packs. One on your bar and the other on your helmut. But its up to you. Brian and I rode Carver last Tuesday and I wish I had brought my spare battery pack as both mine failed. Live and learn. I suggest you consult with Troy at the shop about lights or talk to one of us. These will generally not be the fastest rides (its dark) and they are no drop. We will keep track of each other. Right now, there is no reason you could not ride with a regular mountain bike. Brad, you can use your road bike and you will be fine.
This weeks ride. Tuesday, Nov 3rd at Whitetail. Arrive at 5:15. Leave no later than 5:30. Yup this time we start a little early. My idea is a beer somewhere after, but you knew that already. Let us know if you are coming. That's the RSVP part. Finally, as fat biking begins, my condolences to those of you who get sick seeing Fat Bike posts. Don't resist the Force. Just get one! Cheers
